Who are we?
By this point you may be asking yourself, who the heck are these guys?
Well to answer that question we're two recent Stony Brook Graduates both working in the tech field.
As former Stony Brook students we know how annoying it can be to get the shaft from the campus bookstore (or Stony Books for that matter!)
just because the school's decided that a new edition of a textbook (where they only change a handful of sentences) is worth trashing your copy!
The highway robbery that goes on on campus is the main reason we started this site... but why limit ourselves to just textbooks?
Every semester without fail I always had tons of crap, old fridges, old laptops, old cell phones, books, meal points, whatever! that I knew I
wasn't taking home with me!
Why not turn that stuff into actual
$$$ and help out another fellow student in the process?
You're happy, they're happy... and you may actually make some new acquaintences along the way!
So that's the gist of who we are and what we're about... if you're still interested in checking things out I encourage you
to do so. There's absolutely
NO FEE for anything on this site (beyond the arrangements you make with each other) so
hop on-board, toss up some of your unwanted crap and let's get this party started!
